Online Class Policies

At Indigo Life, we are committed to providing a structured, respectful, and engaging online learning experience for young adults. The following policies help ensure consistency, fairness, and a positive classroom environment for all participants.

1. Cancellation Policy
To support effective planning and staffing, we require 24 hours’ written notice if a student will be absent from class.

• Cancellations must be emailed to: diane@indigolife.info
• Verbal notification does not constitute official cancellation.
• Absences without proper notice will be invoiced as a no-show.

We appreciate timely communication so we can plan appropriately and maintain balanced class experiences.


2. Online Classroom Expectations
Our virtual classes are designed to foster independence, engagement, and social connection.
To maintain a positive learning environment:

• Students are expected to have cameras on during class unless prior approval has been given.
• All participants must demonstrate respectful communication and behavior toward instructors and peers.
• There should be no parent or outside interference during class time, allowing students to participate comfortably and independently.

These expectations ensure that every young adult can fully enjoy and benefit from the class experience.

3. Curriculum Questions & Class Requests
We welcome communication and thoughtful feedback.

Free Trial Class Policy
Free trial classes are limited to currently running group classes that already have multiple enrolled students. Free trials are not available for special events, workshops, or 1:1/private learning classes.
Each student is eligible for one free trial class only. Free trials are not offered for each new class a student wishes to try.
